EPA Truck Emissions Report
A full report done by the EPA Federal agency on the heavy duty vehicle emissions within California. This report entails all particle emissions, the average rate of fumes emitted, idling times, and other details of basic use. This report shows the expected impact of an average vehicle used frequently within the state.
California Oxygen Waiver Decision
An appeal on behalf of the state of California to not be required to meet standard air qualities. The basic requirements that needed to be met was that all emissions were oxygenated to meet basic needs. In 1999 it was requested that the EPA inspect and make a decision on whether or not the state could be exempt. A detailed report was made stating that no correlation was made in the states argument that exemption would show a decrease in poor air qualities.
